Do I need all three? No. Choose the package that fits your work. Legal Direct includes legal speech recognition and the required workflow. Legal AI Assistant includes legal recognition, Enterprise workflow and template-based drafting. Existing-account access to the new desktop app is confirmed before an upgrade.
Each Author, Typist or other account user needs a licence. The firm supplies its typist; a human typist service is not included in these software prices. DictaMic confirms the underlying workflow configuration so you can choose the solution.
Recognition is subject to fair use. Current U.S. terms specify 1,000 minutes per contract month; confirm how those terms apply to your account. The team example does not promise unlimited pooled recognition across authors. This recognition limit does not establish a Legal AI drafting allowance. Product availability and activated features depend on the applicable account and configuration.
14 days of Enterprise workflow features, 200 recognition minutes per user and up to 10 users. No credit card is required; the trial ends automatically. This general trial does not establish entitlement to Legal AI, Professional AI or Health AI. Discuss a suitable evaluation with DictaMic.
Confirm the applicable account and terms first. Philips reports that active dictations can be transferred when a user is removed; complete subscription cancellation has a 30-day download window followed by deletion of dictations and account information. This describes the SpeechLive account, not DictaMic inquiry retention; deletion from backups has not been independently verified. Ask support before making an account change.
