Demo and trial enquiries
The shared demo and trial enquiry form requires your full name, work email, request purpose and who prepares your documents. You may also provide your company or organization, phone number and a business question. It also sends the source website and page, the request form type, selected solution or discussion topic and the request's contact-permission wording so DictaMic can understand and respond to your enquiry. Sending a request does not book an appointment, activate a trial or subscribe you to marketing.
Your browser sends the request directly to Formspree. Formspree processes and stores submissions in its service and sends a notification containing the request to DictaMic's email inbox. DictaMic reviews the Formspree dashboard and email to respond. Formspree states that its services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States; its privacy policy also describes processing in the United States and other countries where it operates. Technical information, including IP address and browser information, may be processed to deliver and protect the service. See Formspree's Privacy Policy and security information.
Formspree's current Free plan provides 30 days of submission history. That dashboard-history period is not a promise of permanent deletion from every system or backup. Notification emails are separate copies in DictaMic's mailbox. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for those copies. Contact DictaMic with a privacy or deletion request.
Other contact options and the Solution Finder
Demo and trial enquiries use the same Formspree form. Separate support and Finder submission forms remain unavailable; use their email or telephone options. The Finder can direct you to the shared enquiry form without sending its answers.
The Solution Finder uses your selections inside the current page to display a recommendation. It does not send the answers to DictaMic, add them to a URL or save them in persistent browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page can discard those selections.
When you contact DictaMic
If you email or call DictaMic, you choose the information you provide for that conversation. Contact details and general business information help us respond to your enquiry. Email and telephone conversations are separate from this website; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period for those communications.
Do not send patient information, confidential client or legal-matter details, dictated content, recordings, documents, passwords, credentials, licence keys, account secrets or payment information.
Hosting, analytics, cookies and video
Cloudflare hosts this website. Hosting and security services may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the main public information pages to review aggregate visits, page views and page performance. The browser sends page and referring-site information and performance measurements to Cloudflare. This website does not add form answers, contact fields, Solution Finder selections or enquiry events to analytics. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage to track individual visitors. See Cloudflare Web Analytics information and Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
The analytics loader skips URLs and referring URLs containing query parameters, private or preview hosts, utility pages and browsers signalling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. These exclusions and browser blockers mean counts are incomplete. Advertising tags are not enabled. Public pages do not load online-request sessions or Turnstile. Demonstration video players load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only when you choose Play. The video provider then receives connection information under its own policies. Separate services
Philips controls the SpeechLive platform and its product-level privacy, security and legal terms. Review the Philips SpeechLive Privacy Policy, General Terms and security and privacy information.
Hardware purchases, renewals, invoices and payments take place in the separate DictaMic Shopify store. Those services have their own notices and information-handling arrangements. This website does not process purchases or create Philips accounts.
Privacy questions
Email info@dictamic.com with a privacy question or a request concerning information you have provided to DictaMic. Avoid including sensitive information. DictaMic will review the request and explain the applicable action and any retention restriction.
