Evaluations, meeting summaries and institutional reports
Professional AI Assistant
Professional AI Assistant brings AI Speech Recognition, custom templates and the SpeechLive workflow together. Dictate naturally or upload recorded audio, add the source files that belong with the job and create a template for the document you need. The result is a structured draft your team can edit, review and complete.
This is for organizations that need more than a transcript. It gives spoken information a defined document structure while keeping people in charge of the finished work.
Audience fit
Professional AI Assistant is designed for documentation-heavy professional work. The useful starting point is a repeated document need: a report, evaluation, brief, assessment, meeting record or another structured document that follows an organization’s preferred format.
Evaluations, meeting summaries and institutional reports
Design briefs, site reports, inspection logs and meeting actions
Claim assessments and case summaries
Client-meeting notes and assessment reports
Briefings, administrative reports and standardized records
Site reports, property assessments and project updates
Documentation built from meetings, spoken notes and supporting material
These are practical illustrations, not a promise that every document, file or configuration is automatically supported.
Choose another route when the goal is only routed dictation between an Author and Typist, a transcript without a structured document, a legal-document workflow that needs Legal AI Assistant, or a clinical-note workflow that needs Health AI Assistant.
Input · output · owner
Live dictation or prerecorded audio, a custom template and relevant supporting files. Supporting files can include PDFs and images.
A structured, editable professional draft populated from the spoken information and supplied sources.
The person responsible for the document reviews the draft, changes what is needed and completes the organization’s normal approval process. The draft can also be sent to a SpeechLive Typist for additional review and formatting.
AI Speech Recognition is part of this process: it converts speech into text that Professional AI Assistant can use. The two are not interchangeable. Speech recognition can also refine text and create summaries; Professional AI uses recognized text with templates and source material to prepare a structured document draft.
A three-step workflow
Describe the document you need in plain language. Professional AI Assistant can generate a custom template for you to review and adapt. Templates can be edited with text or voice, so the structure can reflect the headings and sections your organization actually uses.
Dictate in the workflow or upload prerecorded audio. Add multiple supporting files when the document needs more context. Professional AI uses the spoken information and supporting sources to populate the selected template and prepare an editable draft.
Review and edit the draft yourself, then finalize it through your normal process. If the configured workflow uses a Typist, send the draft for further review and formatting inside SpeechLive.
People and responsibilities
The documented SpeechLive roles are Administrator, Author, Typist and Office Manager. Exact permissions depend on the plan and account configuration.
Supplies the spoken content, source context and document goal.
Receives assigned work for further editing or formatting when the configured workflow permits it.
Manages account settings and users within the available permissions.
Supports the documented office-management functions available to the configured account.
A business responsibility, not a separate SpeechLive account role; this person checks and approves the draft according to the organization’s process.
Current qualification
DictaMic will ask what documents you create, how audio is captured, which templates or structures you need, what supporting files are involved, who edits the work and whether you already use SpeechLive. Availability can depend on the current plan, bundle, account and eligibility. Exact permissions, integrations and compatibility require current qualification.
For details about security, hosting, certifications, encryption, backup, retention and AI data handling, visit Security and Privacy. DictaMic can also help your technical team review the relevant information.
If you already use SpeechLive, share the plan name if known. Never send passwords, credentials, account secrets, dictated content or confidential source files through an inquiry form.
Custom structure
Your team does not need to begin with a finished template library. Start by describing the document in ordinary language, then review the generated structure and adapt it. Add or change sections with text or voice and reuse the resulting template for the same kind of work.
When a draft needs context beyond the recording, add multiple supporting files, including PDFs and images. The value is not simply converting speech to text; it is organizing the available information into an editable document structure that a person can take forward.
Commercial route
The current U.S. commercial package combines Professional AI Assistant, AI Speech Recognition and SpeechLive Enterprise workflow. Current pricing and usage entitlement—including any unlimited AI-assisted draft provision—are maintained on the centralized Plans and Pricing page because commercial terms can change. DictaMic will confirm the applicable package, account path and eligibility.
