SpeechLive Legal Direct bundle

From $43.80 per user per month for the complete bundle: SpeechLive workflow, Speech Recognition Legal and the Direct desktop experience, excluding tax. DictaMic confirms the workflow tier and billing in your quote. Existing subscribers receive a configuration review before an upgrade quote; recognition is not purchased twice.

SpeechLive Legal Direct offers live dictation into compatible applications and recorded transcription. These are two usage modes within the recognition offering, not two subscriptions to purchase. Recorded-workflow tools and existing-account migration depend on the confirmed setup.

The correct commercial route depends on whether your team already has an eligible workflow plan and on the account configuration. Speech recognition is subject to the current fair-use terms; the U.S. General Terms currently specify 1,000 minutes per contract month.

Professional AI Assistant

The current U.S. all-in bundle is $54.00 per user per month, excluding tax and billed annually, as a special introductory offer for 2026. The current U.S. pricing page states $76.80 per user per month from 2027.

The bundle includes Professional AI Assistant, AI Speech Recognition and SpeechLive Enterprise workflow. The current page lists unlimited AI-assisted document drafts, subject to the current account, contract, eligibility and usage terms.

Review requirement: AI-generated documents may be incomplete or incorrect. A qualified person must review and verify every draft before it is used.

Legal AI Assistant

The service is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and must not be the sole source of truth or be used for diagnosis, treatment, patient-care decisions or other decisions with significant implications.

Free-trial boundary

The current general SpeechLive workflow trial lasts 14 days, uses Enterprise workflow features, includes 200 SpeechLive speech-recognition minutes per user and allows up to 10 users. No credit card is required, and the trial ends automatically.

The general workflow trial includes only the stated recognition allowance. It does not establish access to Professional AI, Legal AI or Health AI. Any AI access beyond the published trial allowance must be confirmed for the customer’s account and current offer.

Pricing and contract notes

• Prices are United States prices in U.S. dollars. Legal recognition, Legal AI and workflow prices were rechecked October 22, 2026; other portfolio references retain their September 18, 2026 review date.
• Published prices may change. The applicable price is the current price at the time of order or the price in an accepted DictaMic quote.
• Displayed prices exclude tax. Any applicable taxes or other charges depend on the final transaction and contract.
• Annual billing applies where stated above. Enterprise and account-specific arrangements may use different terms.
• Existing-customer upgrades can depend on the current plan, contract term and account eligibility.
• The microsite does not process checkout. DictaMic handles the configuration and quote, while DictaMic Shopify remains the destination for hardware, renewals, invoices and payments.
