Health AI Assistant
Keep the consultation natural while documentation stays accountable
Health AI Assistant supports a clinical-documentation workflow before, during and after a consultation. It can use available background information, capture a supported clinician-patient conversation and prepare structured note drafts for the clinician to review.
The goal is not autonomous care or a finished record. It is a clearer path from the encounter to documentation, with the clinician retaining medical judgment and final responsibility.
INPUT · OUTPUT · REVIEW
The product prepares an editable draft. A qualified person remains responsible for checking and approving the work.
A supported clinical conversation and available background information.
A structured clinical-note draft and supported related documents.
A qualified clinician reviews, corrects and approves the documentation.
Health AI is for clinicians and healthcare organizations evaluating conversation-based clinical documentation. Clinical operations, IT and security reviewers also need a clear path to examine the account, capture method, workflow and evidence before adoption.
Choose the broader SpeechLive workflow when the need is routed dictation between Authors and Typists. Choose AI Speech Recognition when the goal is speech-to-text rather than a structured clinical-note draft. Professional AI Assistant serves general professional documents, while Legal AI Assistant is the separate legal-document route.
Specialty, note type, language and integration fit must be qualified. A listed example does not mean every clinical setting or documentation system is supported.
Input: A supported clinical conversation, available background material in the configured workflow, the clinician’s spoken findings and selected templates or languages.
Output: A structured clinical-note draft and, where supported, related documents such as an after-visit summary or referral letter.
Human owner: The clinician compares the draft with the encounter and available sources, corrects it, applies medical judgment and approves the final documentation.
Health AI is a clinician-focused layer on SpeechLive. SpeechLive continues to provide the underlying recording, routing, speech-recognition and transcription workflow. Health AI, AI Speech Recognition and the other AI Assistants are distinct products with different outputs and review responsibilities.
Where the configured workflow provides it, the clinician can review an AI-assisted patient-history summary, recent laboratory results, prior notes, previously generated transcripts or playback audio. Preparatory thoughts can be added in My notes. This does not imply automatic access to an EHR or every source system.
In a supported consultation, the clinician and patient can speak naturally without dictation commands. Health AI can separate speakers, accept verbal findings and let the clinician add or edit notes and facts while recording. Template and language choices depend on the configured workflow and environment.
Health AI can prepare a structured draft for clinician review. The clinician can change a template, update an existing supported document, generate another supported document and export through the available workflow. After-visit summaries and referral letters are examples—not universal promises.
Health AI Assistant is a product capability, not an account role. Professional review responsibilities remain with the healthcare organization and its qualified personnel.
DictaMic will ask how consultations are conducted, what note types are needed, which users participate, whether SpeechLive is already in place, what capture hardware is planned and which security or integration questions must be reviewed. Availability can depend on the account, contract, plan, configuration, language, template and current U.S. offer.
For hosting, privacy, encryption, certifications, retention and AI data-handling evidence, use Security and Privacy. No page selection or consultation response creates a compliance determination.
Describe only the general workflow and business requirement in the consultation form. Do not submit patient information, patient names, recordings, dictated content, medical details, credentials or clinical documents.
The current product materials give examples including SOAP and H&P notes, outpatient and nursing documentation, behavioral-health and psychiatry notes, emergency and pre-hospital documentation, referrals, patient letters and summaries. English, German and French templates are named, and the workflow can generate multiple supported documents from one consultation.
Clinicians can review and edit facts, deactivate an incorrect fact and add context. When audio, facts or context change, an existing document can be marked outdated and regenerated. These controls help the clinician revise the draft; they do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
Examples remain subject to the account, specialty, template, language and workflow. DictaMic will confirm the intended note set without promising universal specialty, coding, EHR or integration support.
Health AI output is a draft that may be incomplete or incorrect. A qualified clinician must review and correct it, but Health AI must not be relied on as the sole source of truth or used for diagnosis, treatment, patient-care decisions or other decisions with significant implications for individuals. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. The clinician and customer remain responsible for professional judgment, final documentation and its use.
The current U.S. materials describe Health AI Assistant with SpeechLive Pro or Enterprise workflow. Account, plan, contract and eligibility still need confirmation, and current pricing, billing, tax, bundle and usage details belong on Plans and Pricing.
Philips also presents SpeechMike Ambient as a wearable capture option for SpeechLive Health. DictaMic will qualify the current model, capture environment, compatibility and availability. The device is not presented here as required, automatically included or supported for every setting.

It prepares structured clinical-note drafts from a supported clinical workflow. Depending on configuration, related documents can include after-visit summaries or referral letters. The clinician reviews and approves every output.
Before the visit, review available background information and add preparatory notes. During a supported consultation, capture the conversation, verbalize findings and update notes or facts. Afterward, review the structured draft, change supported templates and generate or update supported documents.
Speaker separation is a documented capability, but performance depends on the environment, capture setup and configuration. DictaMic will qualify the intended room and hardware; this page does not promise universal separation or noisy-environment performance.
Current examples include SOAP, H&P, outpatient, behavioral-health, emergency, pre-hospital, referral, patient-letter, summary and nursing documents, with English, German and French named. They are representative examples, not universal coverage.
The clinician can review and edit facts, deactivate an incorrect fact and add context. Changed audio, facts or context can mark a document outdated so a supported document can be regenerated.
No. SpeechLive supplies the underlying workflow. AI Speech Recognition produces recognized text. Health AI adds a clinical-documentation layer that prepares structured note drafts for clinician review.
No. It supports draft documentation, is not a medical device and does not provide diagnoses. It must not be used as the basis for diagnosis, treatment, patient-care or other significant clinical decisions. Qualified clinician review remains mandatory.
Request a Health AI Consultation for account and workflow qualification, use Security and Privacy for the current evidence route, and check Plans and Pricing for current U.S. commercial details. Do not submit patient or clinical information in the consultation request.
DictaMic helps teams qualify the account and plan route, map the consultation-to-document workflow, review participant responsibilities, select appropriate capture hardware, prepare templates and train users on review and correction. Technical and security questions are routed to the current evidence rather than answered with broad compliance promises.
Ongoing support remains tied to the approved workflow, account configuration and customer responsibilities.
Request a consultation using a general workflow description. DictaMic will qualify the account, users, note types, capture method, hardware and security-review path without requesting patient information. If the product route is not yet clear, start with Healthcare Solutions.
