Philips products, explained through your workflow

Philips’ current U.S. Dictation site lists AAAPrice.com Inc. (dba DictaMic) among its recommended retailers. DictaMic helps customers understand the portfolio, match products to their workflow and choose the appropriate evaluation or purchasing route.

SpeechLive is a Philips platform. This website is operated by DictaMic. Philips operates SpeechLive; DictaMic provides workflow guidance, onboarding and support within the agreed service scope.

Understand, demonstrate and evaluate

Start with who records, what document is needed and who completes it. DictaMic helps identify a suitable workflow, demonstrate the fit and configure an appropriate trial or pilot for evaluation. The general SpeechLive trial does not establish entitlement to every AI Assistant. Current account eligibility, commercial terms and exact service scope require confirmation.

Configure the setup and prepare the team

DictaMic helps map account roles, capture methods and review handoffs. Hardware guidance checks the exact device, client and operating environment. Integration guidance checks the named system, plan and intended data flow; configuration, development, testing and security review depend on the selected route and responsible providers.

Training focuses on the tasks each user performs and how work moves between people. Authors capture work, assistants or Typists prepare it where configured, and responsible reviewers approve final outputs. Exact setup work, training agenda, participants, delivery method and included services are agreed for the engagement.

Support adoption and later changes

As users, devices or requirements change, DictaMic can help identify the affected product, account and support route. Renewals, invoices and payments remain in DictaMic Shopify. Philips operates the SpeechLive platform; DictaMic provides the agreed consultation and support. DictaMic does not promise uptime, resolve every third-party issue or replace Philips’ contractual responsibilities.

Keep responsibilities clear

Your organization controls users, access, policies and connected systems. It remains responsible for reviewing final transcripts, documents and clinical notes. Legal professionals retain legal judgment; clinicians retain medical judgment. DictaMic does not review or approve professional AI output.

Recommendations do not themselves determine eligibility, compliance, compatibility, performance or professional outcomes. Share only the team, product and service question you want to discuss, not recordings, documents, patient information, legal-matter details, credentials or confidential material.
